Jo-Anne Dreyer is an experienced Facilitator, Mentor and Coach. Having worked for over 30 years in roles of Relationship Management the last 5 years have been focused on Education and Training in various sectors. Being an Entrepreneur for the past 14 years she is able to walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk with experiences on her own Journey bringing the Sessions to life. She is also a Master Trainer for The EIS programme in schools and in 2019 was the Junior Achievement South Africa Facilitator of the Year. Everything Jo-Anne does is driven by Passion. Her diverse skills allow her to adapt to any situation, applying hard and soft skills appropriately. Jo-Anne’s value chain is made up of Integrity, Honesty, Professionalism, Authenticity, Excellence and Respect. In the workshop I plant the seeds and in our partnership/s we make them grow by implementing consistent small changes to achieve the expectations and goals of the participants.

Ursula is passionate about working in and with our communities. The passion is driven by firsthand experience of the impact the lack of opportunities and resources within local communities has on the destruction of dreams and goals of women, children and youth.
Her experience includes working previously on various HIV Aids/TB/Sex Workers programmes At TB/HIV Care. Working in the Key Populations Sex Work Programme managing community outreaches, led her into contact with the LGBTQIA community driving the passion for personal development and safety of the most vulnerable in the community. Working with volunteers, young people and children. Developing, implementing and coordinating an after school safe spaces programme for The Masakhe Foundation NPC as well as a stint on the board of Royal Kids NPC, she brings her years of experience to the organisation in leading our women building women pillar. This includes recent programmes providing support against gender based violence. She assists to design and implement the programs needed both by our funders and the communities we serve which align to the South African governments National Strategic Plan (NSP) to meet the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
